Milli, Geo, and Bot chase the TroubleMakers through the movie theater when they steal all of the movie snacks. When an alien named Gloopy crash-lands in Umi City, the team must help him find the space stars that make his spaceship fly. Even with help from Milli, Geo, and Bot, can the two best pals win this big race? However, some of Team Umizoomi's meanest rivals, the Shape Bandit, Dump Truck, Squiddy, and the TroubleMakers are in the big race. Shark Car and UmiCar are best car friends, and they're racing together as a team in the Umi Grand Prix, the biggest race in Umi City. Milli, Geo, and Bot must retrieve the red stop button for Chef Mario's Meatball Machine after the TroubleMakers steal the button, allowing it to make too much meatballs and disabling the emergency stop. Milli, Geo, and Bot pursue the TroubleMakers when they steal all of the children's lunch boxes.
The team finds a baby panda named Little Joe in Umi City and helps him get back to his family. The team discovers a secret door to a magical forest where they meet Sunny the Sunshine Fairy. The team must help Travis and his mother fix a flat tire in time for Travis' soccer game. UmiCar celebrates his birthday, but the TroubleMakers arrive and snatch his racing present. Along the way, Bot's belly screen plays clips of baby penguins wrecking havoc in places, including a restaurant, an arcade and a supermarket. The trio must round up 50 lost baby penguins at the zoo after the TroubleMakers send them into Umi City, where they are on the loose.
"Fifty Baby Penguins (tune to Counting to 100)" The trio tries to reassemble the broken dragon skateboard for their friend Logan as they come face-to-face with their new arch-nemesis – the TroubleMakers.
